Please wear a face mask to the appointment if you have one. We will provide one for you once you if you don’t have one.

When you enter one of our CMI Centers, you will be greeted by staff wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Our staff will have a mask for you to wear during your appointment which you may keep.

Waiting rooms are now modified to incorporate six feet distancing. However, we are scheduling patients so that very few patients are in the centers at the same time. Patient contact areas are being cleaned between every patient with an approved disinfectant.

CMI is requesting that you come to your appointment alone to help us in maintaining social distancing. Exceptions can be made for circumstances where a patient needs a companion.

Our Business Park site offers drive up check in. Please follow the signs once you enter the parking lot.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding patient safety and Covid-19, please call us. We are here to answer your questions and would be happy to speak with you.
